Popular YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani, who was summoned by the Maharashtra Cyber Cell and the Assam Government over the India’s Got Idle contestation, has been granted anticipant bail by the Gauhati High Court. The influencer was lately spotted in Mumbai, where he engaged in a light- hearted discussion with the shooters about his fire.
Ashish, dressed casually, was on his way to the spa when the media caught up with him. When asked about his recent whereabouts, he humorously said " Idhar- udhar ghoomke, pura India stint karke, halat kharab ho gayi hai!"( I've been roving far and wide, traveling each over India, and I’m exhausted!) The Gauhati High Court granted him anticipant bail after his name surfaced in the Samay Raina show contestation, with Justice Mridul Kumar Kalita issuing the order.
Ashish’s counsel addressed the media, stating" After reviewing the case details, the High Court granted anticipant bail to the supplicant." The FIR, filed on February 10, 2025, was registered under the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita( BNS), IT Act, Cinematograph Act, and the nasty Representation of Women( Prohibition) Act. Amid this legal storm, Ashish released an emotional videotape, thanking his suckers for their unvarying support.
In his videotape, Ashish assured his followers." Lad lenge situation se, dekhe hain aise tough times, isse bhi kuch naya seekh lenge."( We’ll fight through this situation. I will work hard, as I’ve always worked hard (I just request you all to keep my family and me in your prayers. Whenever I return, indeed if my work has been affected, please continue supporting me. I’ll work hard, as I always have. Just take care of yourselves.)
